Our first 50 users will get completely free access! After that, membership to the platform will be £8/month or £50/year to cover vetting and admin costs once we launch properly. You'll always pay rent directly to landlords or housemates as normal. No markups, no hidden fees.

Every user goes through our vetting process where we check what they're building, and make sure that they're a founder or founder-adjacent. However, we cannot guarantee that our checks will robustly verify this information. We facilitate the introduction, but once you move in together, you're responsible for your own living situation, just like any flat share. Safety and respect are non-negotiable, and anyone found to be breaking our Terms of Service will be removed from the platform.

No! While Plugged members get priority access, we welcome founders from the wider community. Everyone goes through the same screening process regardless.

Perfect! That's exactly what the "fill your room" option is for. Tell us about your house culture, who currently lives there, and what kind of founder would fit. Vetted people looking for exactly that kind of environment will then be able to reach out to you.

If you're searching for a place, it's up to you to look through listings and make inquiries. If you're the one listing, simply post your listing and wait for the inquiries to come in. We can't guarantee matches, but the more information you give on your listing, and the higher quality the images are, the more likely you are to get inquiries. Once a conversation begins, you take it from there and decide if it's the right fit.

We're primarily for founders actively building startups, but we also welcome founder-adjacent folks like VCs, early employees at startups, and team members who share the founder mindset. If you're part of the startup ecosystem and understand the journey, you're likely a good fit.

We're starting in London because that's where we're based, but join anyway. If we get enough interest in other cities, we'll expand there. The vision is global, but we need to prove this works first.
